Mission Statement
The mission of CIRCuit is to develop an international network in the Chiropractic profession, to facilitate collaboration and relevant research output to improve public health.
Aims
To facilitate, support, promote and advocate for clinically relevant research in Chiropractic practice-based settings through collaborations between Chiropractors, their patients, communities and academics.
Objectives
Objective 1
Grow and sustain an international network of chiropractic practices for innovative health related research that addresses agreed priorities.

Activity: Provide scientific expertise and community researchers to collaborate with chiropractic practices to undertake clinically relevant research.

Activity: Develop and facilitate opportunities for chiropractors in a private setting, and their staff, to learn how to conduct and participate in research.

Activity: Maintain and update a CIRCuit PBRN website to serve as a venue for communication and information dissemination.
Objective 2
Facilitate research using the CIRCuit PBRN.

Activity: Support research protocols that allow for secure and ethical research standards of data collection across all research projects.

Activity: Maintain a forum for EBCN members to communicate and discuss research interests, and for researchers to use the network when clinical collaborators are needed to assist with data collection.
Objective 3
Strengthen the capacity of EBC community practices, researchers, chiropractors, health consumer community members and patient advocacy organizations to conduct and apply collaborative research to address priority health issues.

Activity: Maintain a working relationship with evidence-based chiropractic stakeholders and outside partners (community of chiropractors, health consumers, Governments, 3rd party payors etc.) by providing expert opinion to guide study design and analysis, identifying opportunities and assisting collaboration.
Objective 4
Foster and facilitate collaborations among primary care, clinical, academic, and public health partners to support the network.

Activity: Assist in develop activities involving researchers, clinicians and collaborations, including support for the EBC community to participate in research activity development, evaluation and planning.
Objective 5
Translate and disseminate research findings.

Activity: Chiropractors, who are part of the EBCN community, will assist in the translation of new knowledge into practice.
